Rise & Shine is my absolute favourite scent to use in the mornings! It wakes me up immediately and it’s such a happy, revitalizing scent. I always feel so refreshed and powered to start my day with this. I apply it directly to the back of my neck and Mmm! I just love the citrus scent with the peppermint cooling sensation! Can’t get enough of this one. I noticed this product actually makes me feel more energized and chirpy working out too. I get a better workout with this natural mood booster!
I was never one to think that scents could make a difference, but it’s really the small things like this that make a great impact in our lives. I was ready to start my day, but after getting ready I hit the crossroads of sitting down and napping for another 2 hours, or just getting up and being productive. Rise and Shine was a product given to me by a friend and it was sitting on my desk so I gave it a chance. The small burst of energy smelling this gave me turned me into an academic weapon. I powered through the rest of day all because the small push I needed came from this small bottle. 10/10 will smell again.
I purchased this product to help me with having more energy in the morning. The rise and shine oil has a very vibrant, citrusy scent, with peppermint that gives a nice icy feel to the skin. All this adds to the natural energy boost. I find myself using this aromatherapy oil through my long nursing shifts. I carry this with me throughout the day as it has helped me power through my 12hr shifts. So far I’m enjoying this product and recommend it to anybody who is thinking of purchasing :)

I LOVE IT !! When I need something to wake me up in the morning, this product does exactly that. The peppermint really just hits you and wakes you up. I believe the aim for this product is to help you boost your morning without coffee lol. Perfect.
